I'm delighted to announce that Ubiquity has signed a conditional agreement to be acquired by Qrious, the Spark-owned big data and analytics software company.
We are excited to combine the Ubiquity solution and Qrious expertise, and what this means for our clients. This acquisition will give clients access to the combined resources of Qrious, a big data and analytics software business and Ubiquity to service every stage of the marketing value chain.
Qrious is committed to ramping up investment in development of the Ubiquity Engage software platform. This will improve our ability to continue to offer market leading functionality and keep clients ahead of the game with their marketing automation.
At the same time this will give Ubiquity clients access to the full suite of big data and analytics for data driven marketing offered by Qrious. We are confident that this end-to-end solution offered by the combined entity will bring significant additional value to clients. We are also looking to bring to market innovative products that integrate the Qrious data and analytics capability into the Engage platform.
What won't change is our commitment to delivering high quality products and services. We believe that this acquisition allows Ubiquity to keep clients at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.
